Things I wish I knew before I tried it
The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany, with cozy rooms that lure you into relaxation. But be prepared for noise disturbances from the streets, and expect a limited breakfast selection. Cleanliness is a definite plus, and the staff is helpful, but for a good night's sleep, consider your options carefully.

We had a wonderful time discovering the beautiful Montecatini Golf Club during our stay. The area is perfect for a family outing, and our precious dog was thrilled to join us on the walks. The spacious rooms made it comfortable for all of us.
My kids wished for more outdoor play areas for them to have fun. It would have made the stay even better for families like ours.

The historic decor creates a charming atmosphere.
The breakfast lacked fresh fruit options and relied on canned varieties.

missingWrote a review on Jul 03elegant lobbygreat locationconfusing train stationsinconvenience in arrival
The lobby and breakfast areas of this hotel were beautifully maintained, featuring an elegant floral display that added charm to the ambiance. The location allowed easy exploration of the city, just a short walk to local attractions and the train station. However, I faced significant inconvenience when trying to get to the hotel due to confusion around two separate train stations. this caused unnecessary stress. While overall the stay was pleasant, managing bookings appeared to be a concern based on the experiences of other guests.

Breakfast was a delightful spread, with sliced tropical fruits that danced on my palate! The location was fab, just a hop to local shops and the train station. Plus, the courtyard was the perfect spot to sip coffee and soak up the sun.
Still, we enjoyed coffee in the charming courtyard after a hearty breakfast, so all's well that ends well!

missingWrote a review on Jun 09dated decor
The decor in both the rooms and public areas feels dated and could definitely use a refresh. Notably, the absence of a kettle in the room was inconvenient, as the only option for one was with an extra fee. we didn't exploit it since breakfast was included. Also, the dining experience left something to be desired, particularly the dinner, which was overpriced for the quality and had inadequate dessert offerings compared to what others were served. Noise transfer from the street can also disrupt the tranquility of the stay, especially for light sleepers. Lastly, accessing the hotel amenities can be cumbersome during peak times due to large tour groups.

The location was great, making it easy to explore the local shops and train station. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the sliced tropical fruits. The staff were very attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience. However, the room was a bit on the small side, and we missed having a kettle for tea.
