This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, and comfortable lounge area. On my first stay, the staff kindly provided me with a bottle of water at night. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend!

I enjoyed walking to the Parc des Thermes and found the nearby Gelateria Anisare perfect for a sweet break during my city explorations, making my stay all the more enjoyable as a single traveler who loves discovering the beauty of the area on foot.

We had a wonderful time discovering the beautiful Montecatini Golf Club during our stay. The area is perfect for a family outing, and our precious dog was thrilled to join us on the walks. The spacious rooms made it comfortable for all of us.

My kids wished for more outdoor play areas for them to have fun. It would have made the stay even better for families like ours.

staying at ercolini & savi was amazing! our classic double room was huge and had a lovely bathroom. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us feel so welcome. the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to hop on a train to pisa or florence. we loved that the spas are all connected, adding to the charm.

However, I faced significant inconvenience when trying to get to the hotel due to confusion around two separate train stations. this caused unnecessary stress. While overall the stay was pleasant, managing bookings appeared to be a concern based on the experiences of other guests.

Notably, the absence of a kettle in the room was inconvenient, as the only option for one was with an extra fee. we didn't exploit it since breakfast was included. Also, the dining experience left something to be desired, particularly the dinner, which was overpriced for the quality and had inadequate dessert offerings compared to what others were served. Noise transfer from the street can also disrupt the tranquility of the stay, especially for light sleepers. Lastly, accessing the hotel amenities can be cumbersome during peak times due to large tour groups.
